Full-stack product engineering · platform & cloud
Build.Ship.Scale.
Independent product engineering — web apps and the platforms that run them. From first sketch to production, and everything that keeps it up.

- 01
Flowit
Built a custom WordPress theme from scratch for Flowit, an Estonian software and automation studio — no page-builder, no off-the-shelf template, and easy for the team to run themselves.
WordPressCustom themeMultilingual2024View →↳ Hand-coded theme, multilingual (ET/EN)
- 02
GitOps Kubernetes Platform
Designed and ran a GitOps Kubernetes platform on AWS — S3-backed storage, self-healing deploys, and a golden-path for product teams to ship without touching infra.
PlatformKubernetesGitOps2026View →↳ Deploy frequency up 6×, rollback in seconds
- 03
University of Tartu — deployment
Got a complex application running inside an institutional environment it wasn't built for — reconciling what the app expected with strict, pre-existing infrastructure constraints.
DeploymentDevOpsInfrastructure2024View →↳ Live in an environment it initially wouldn't fit
02 — Capabilities
Versatile on purpose — from the pixel to the pod.

How it fits together
One person across the whole stack means fewer handoffs and decisions that actually cohere.
- ▸Architecture from day one
- ▸Ship fast, keep it stable
- ▸Observability & rollbacks
- ▸Docs so it outlives me
- ▸AI-assisted where it earns it

03 — How I work
One person, the whole arc.
Understand
A short, sharp discovery. What are we really building, for whom, and what does "done" look like. No bloated discovery phase.
Architect
Decide the shape early — data model, boundaries, and the infra it runs on. Cheap decisions made before they get expensive.
Build
Ship in thin vertical slices you can see working. Design and engineering happen together, not in a relay race.
Run
Deploy on solid ground — observable, reversible, documented. It keeps working when I step away.
